Barbara Rupf Bee was named head of global client group EMEA at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management.
Ms. Rupf Bee replaces Peter Roemer, who has decided to leave Deutsche Bank to pursue other opportunities.
Ms. Rupf Bee will oversee the team responsible for delivering DeAWM’s investment products and services to institutional and retail clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She will also join the EMEA region and global client group executive committees and report to Dario Schiraldi, head of DeAWM’s global client group.
Ms. Rupf Bee was CEO of Renaissance Asset Managers Group. Adrian Harris, a spokesman for Renaissance, said that the firm is not seeking a replacement CEO.
