Montana Public Employees' Retirement Board, Helena, rehired Great-West Retirement Services as third-party administrator for the state's 401(a) and 457 plans, confirmed Patricia Davis, member services bureau chief.
Nationwide Retirement Solutions was also a finalist. An RFP was issued in October. Investment consultant Wilshire Associates assisted.
Great-West provides unbundled services for the plans that include plan administration, record keeping, and marketing and education services. The 457 plan has $415 million in assets and 401(a) plan, $118 million.
