Peter Ball has left JLT Employee Benefits as managing director, confirmed a spokeswoman for the firm.
Mr. Ball was responsible for investment consulting at the firm.
The spokeswoman confirmed that John Breedon, head of corporate consulting, will be responsible for the investment consulting business “on an acting basis.”
Mr. Ball joined JLT in London in 2011 after 13 years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as head of the U.K. institutional business.
The spokeswoman said Mr. Ball left “to pursue other opportunities.” An unnamed source familiar with the situation Mr. Ball did not have a new role yet.
Mr. Ball declined to comment.
