Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency Employees' Retirement System, Boston, is searching for an open-end core real estate funds manager to run up to $5 million, according to an RFP notice posted on the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission's website.
Interested managers may contact Meketa Investment Group, investment consultant for the $80 million pension fund, which is assisting with the search. Proposals are due at 3 p.m. EST on Jan. 30.
Joseph Petty, executive secretary of the pension fund, and LouAnn Eisenhut, vice president at Meketa, could not be reached by press time.
