Tenneco Inc., Lake Forest, Ill., hired Fidelity Investments as record keeper for its 401(k) plan, according to an announcement on its benefits website.
Fidelity replaces Xerox HR Solutions. A blackout period is in effect from Dec. 24, 2013, to the week of Jan. 12, according to an 8-K filing.
The 401(k) plan had $506 million in assets as of Dec. 31, 2012, according to its most recent Form 5500 filing.
Tenneco spokeswoman Jane Ostrander could not be reached for additional information.
