Steven Roth was named managing director and chief investment officer at Dahab Associates, confirmed Luci Ryan, the investment consultant's chief compliance officer.
He replaces David Lee, who was promoted to president of the firm last year.
Mr. Roth will expand his role as consultant and continue to write research papers and evaluate investment managers. He will report to Mr. Lee.
Mr. Roth was previously director of manager research at Dahab. He was replaced by William Dahab, who was previously research analyst at the firm.
