Alberto Jimenez Crespo and Gregory D. Padilla were named portfolio managers at value equity manager Aristotle Capital Management, confirmed spokeswoman Tricia Ross.
Both are new positions. Messrs. Crespo and Padilla manage global strategies at the firm with Howard Gleicher, CEO and chief investment officer.
Both were portfolio managers at Vinik Asset Management, which shut down in May so founder Jeff Vinik could focus on the Tampa Bay Lightning, the professional hockey team he bought in 2010, as well as charitable work.
