Pittsburgh Glass Works, Pittsburgh, hired Prudential Financial as record keeper of its 401(k) plan, according to a posting on the plan's website.
The current record keeper is ING U.S. Retirement Solutions. The change will be effective Dec. 31.
As of Dec. 31, 2012, the Pittsburgh Glass Works LLC Employee Savings Plan had $224 million in assets, according to the company's most recent Form 5500 filing.
