Arizona University System, Tucson, is searching for one or more record keepers for its $617 million 403(b) plan, confirmed Ted Nasser, procurement and contracting services director.
The university system has issued an RFP due to the pending contract expirations of current providers Fidelity Investments, TIAA-CREF and VALIC. All are invited to rebid. Mr. Nasser said it is the system's policy to put the services up for bid every five years.
The RFP is available on the university system's website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. MST on Jan. 6. Finalist presentations, if necessary, will take place in February, with a decision sometime in March.
