Allegheny County Port Authority, Pittsburgh, hired Peirce Park Group to provide outsourced CIO services, confirmed spokesman Jim Ritchie.
The services cover the $64 million Plan for Employees Not Represented by a Union and the $19 million plan for Employees Represented by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 29, as well as the $8 million 457 plan and a 401(a) plan. The assets of the 401(a) plan could not be learned by press time.
An RFP was issued in July. Other finalists were Asset Strategy Consultants, Gallagher Fiduciary Advisors and PFM Asset Management.
Jeffrey Letwin, chairman of the port authority board of directors, and Jerimaine Ward, director of purchasing and materials management, did not respond to phone calls by press time.
