Pinnacle Entertainment Inc., Las Vegas, hired Wells Fargo as record keeper of its 401(k) plan, confirmed spokeswoman Roxann Kinkade.
The current record keeper is MassMutual Financial Group. Ms. Kinkade would not provide further information on the change.
The Pinnacle Entertainment 401(k) Investment Plan had $62 million in assets as of Dec. 31, according to the company's most recent 11-K filing.
A phone call to Christina Donelson, senior vice president of human resources, was referred to Ms. Kinkade.
