O'Fallon (Mo.) Fire Protection District hired Retirement Plan Advisors as investment consultant for its 401(a) and 457 plans, confirmed Karen Lucido, recording secretary and administrative assistant.
The previous consultant was CBIZ, which was also a finalist along with PARS.
The fire district issued RFPs for an investment consultant and record keeper in May for the plans, which have combined assets of $11 million. Ms. Lucido said a decision has yet to be made on the provider search. Both searches were conducted as a due diligence measure, she said.
