Toby Seggerman was named vice president, business development for the U.S. subsidiary of Old Mutual Global Index Trackers, confirmed OMGxT spokeswoman Jenna Wilson.
The position is new. Mr. Seggerman will be responsible for marketing OMGxT’s investment strategies in emerging, frontier and African markets to North American institutional investors. He will report to CEO Tendai Musikavanhu.
Mr. Seggerman was the vice president and head of the endowment and foundation team at State Street Global Advisors. SSgA spokeswoman Elizabeth Bartlett said he will not be replaced.
