Portsmouth, N.H., is searching for an investment consultant for its trust fund investment pools, confirmed Robert P. Sullivan, city attorney.
The current consultant, H.M. Payson, is invited to rebid. The search is being conducted because it has been more than five years since services were put up for bid.
The investment pools, comprising more than 80 charitable trust funds, have combined assets of $13 million. The assets are currently invested in exchange-traded funds, advised by H.M. Payson.
The RFP is available on the city's website. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. EST on Dec. 5. The trustees hope to make a decision by Jan. 16.
