Karen O'Connor was named COO at swaps exchange trueEX.
The position is new, said Sara Lewin, trueEX spokeswoman.
Ms. O'Connor was co-CEO of eSecLending. She retired from the firm in August when Parthenon Capital Partners acquired a controlling stake in eSecLending from TA Associates.
Craig Starble is now CEO at eSecLending and a co-investor in the firm. Christopher Jaynes, who was co-CEO, is now president at eSecLending.
