Timothy Hauser was named deputy assistant secretary for program operations in the Labor Department's Employee Benefits Security Administration, announced Assistant Secretary Phyllis Borzi on Tuesday at the ERISA Advisory Council meeting.
Mr. Hauser replaces Alan Lebowitz, who is retiring.
Mr. Hauser is the associate solicitor for the DOL.
