Mike DiCenso was hired as vice president, institutional market leader, for the retirement services division of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co., confirmed Lisa Reilly, a spokeswoman for MassMutual.
It is a new position. Mr. DiCenso will be “responsible for strategy and business development initiatives in support of the unique needs of distribution partners and sponsors in this market,” according to a MassMutual news release issued Monday.
Mr. DiCenso had been national practice leader for Gallagher Retirement Services, according to the news release. Linda Collins, a spokeswoman for Gallagher, said information wasn't immediately available on whether Mr. DiCenso had been replaced or whether her company would seek a successor.
