Ontario Trillium Foundation, Toronto, on Thursday issued an RFP for an investment consultant.
The selected firm will consult on the investments of the C$152 million (US$145 million) foundation's core investment portfolio as well as its Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan. The size of the savings plan could not be learned by press time.
“OTF is looking for a firm to supplement our in-house expertise on investment strategies, performance analysis and GRRSP governance,” according to the RFP posted on MERX, a Canadian procurement website.
Kelly Taiabjee, the foundation's director of finance, said the contract with the foundation's previous investment consultant expired. Ms. Taiabjee did not name the previous consultant. The selected firm will work under a three- to five-year contract.
The RFP is available on MERX's website. Proposals are due at 3 p.m. EST Nov. 18.
