Sacramento County (Calif.) Employees' Retirement System committed $50 million to DRC Capital European Real Estate Debt Fund II, said Scott Chan, chief investment officer.
It is the $7.4 billion pension fund's first investment with DRC Capital as well as its first focused investment in European real estate debt, Mr. Chan said.
Real estate consultant Townsend Group and alternatives consultant Cliffwater assisted.
