Chicago Laborers' Annuity & Benefit Fund terminated Zacks Investment Management for performance, according to recently released minutes of the $1.4 billion pension fund's Aug. 20 board meeting.
Zacks managed $26 million in an active domestic all-cap equity portfolio, according to the pension fund's website.
