Milwaukee County Employees’ Retirement System issued an RFP for an investment consultant.
Incumbent Marquette Associates may rebid, Marian Ninneman, manager of the $1.7 billion pension fund, said in an e-mail. “The ERS believes it is generally good business practice to issue RFPs for contracted services every three to five years,” Ms. Ninneman added.
The RFP is available on Milwaukee County’s website. Proposals are due Oct. 28. The board could make a decision in December.
Bogdahn Group, an investment consulting firm, was hired by the pension fund to assist in reviewing the proposals.
