Housing Authority of Cook County, Chicago, is searching for a bundled provider for its money purchase and 401(k) plans, confirmed Jon Duncan, senior counsel.
Incumbent MetLife is invited to rebid.
The authority is looking for a firm to provide record keeping, administration and plan compliance services for the two plans with a combined $8.6 million in assets.
HACC is also considering merging the money purchase plan into the 401(k) profit-sharing plan. Firms can submit proposals for both scenarios, according to the RFP.
Retirement Plan Advisors is assisting.
The RFP is available on HACC's website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. CDT on Oct. 31. A hiring date has not been determined.
