West Sussex County Council Pension Fund, Chichester, England, is searching for a real estate manager to run £184.3 million ($294.1 million), confirmed Paul Audu, pension fund investment strategist.
The £2.4 billion pension fund's current manager Cushman & Wakefield is invited to rebid. The search is being conducted as part of the pension fund's normal review process, said Mr. Audu in a telephone interview.
The portfolio consists of £147.2 million in direct property holdings and £37.1 million in pooled investments, according to a notice from Tenders Electronic Daily.
Proposals are due Oct. 14. Mr. Audu hopes a decision will be made within nine months.
