Almost 60% of P&I Online readers expect assets at the world's largest 300 retirement funds to increase 5% to 10% in 2013.
In conjunction with the P&I/Towers Watson World MegaFunds report, P&I Online asked how readers expected pension funds to perform in 2013. Assets of the world's largest 300 retirement funds increased by 9.8% in 2012, eclipsing the 1.9% growth rate in 2011, according to the report.
About 21% of readers believe pension funds will increase more than 10%, and 15% expect pension funds to increase less than 5%. The balance of the readers believes pension funds will drop in 2013.
