Denver Employees Retirement Plan is searching for an auditor, confirmed Steven Hutt, executive director of the $2 billion pension fund.
Incumbent BKD is invited to rebid. Its contract expired following the fiscal year 2012 audit. The new contract will be for five years.
The RFP is available on the pension fund's website. Proposals are due Sept. 27. A hiring decision is expected on Oct. 18.
