Jerry Waldron was named director, risk and portfolio analytics, at capital markets consulting firm Woodbine Associates.
The position is new, said Matt Samelson, principal at Woodbine. Mr. Waldron will assist clients, including money managers and hedge funds, in “enhancing clients' portfolio construction to reduce redundancies in their portfolios and to reduce risk,” Mr. Samelson said.
Mr. Waldron was director of risk at Kiski Alpha Partners, an advisory firm and hedge fund platform for institutional investors. Justin Wunderlich, managing director at Kiski, said the firm would have no comment.
