Emily Stella and Charles Wright were named directors with the institutional non-profit business development team at Russell Investments, according to a news release.
Ms. Stella and Mr. Wright report to Eric Macy, managing director of fiduciary solutions.
They will be based in New York. Joe Mulford, who joined SEI’s institutional group as a managing director in February, was replaced by one hire. The second position is new, an expansion of the team.
The two are joining Crissie Fortmeyer, also a director, in the investment outsourcing division establishing relationships with non-profits.
Ms. Stella previously was a vice president in the institutional client business at BlackRock. A phone call to officials at BlackRock was not immediately returned.
Mr. Wright previously was vice president, institutional sales at Northern Trust. Northern Trust spokesman John O’Connell did not immediately return a phone call for further information.
