ADIA names new Asia ex-Japan equity head

Suresh Sadasivan joined the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority as head of Asia ex-Japan for the sovereign wealth fund's internal equities department, according to a news release.

Mr. Sadasivan replaces Lars Sorensen, who left ADIA earlier this year for personal reasons.

Mr. Sadasivan was head of Asia-Pacific equities at Legal & General Investment Management. Legal & General spokesman Steve Leach declined to comment.
