Conway, Ark., is searching for a bundled provider for a new 457 deferred compensation plan for all employees, confirmed Lisa Mabry-Williams, human resources director.
The selected firm will provide administration, record keeping, investment management and educational services. About 480 employees are eligible to participate.
The RFQ is available on the city's website. Proposals are due at 10 a.m. CDT Sept. 16. A hiring decision is expected at the Oct. 8 City Council meeting.
