New Mexico Public Employees Retirement Association, Santa Fe, is searching for a chief investment officer, confirmed Wayne Propst, executive director.
Joelle Mevi is resigning as CIO for the $13.3 billion pension fund and deputy CIO Julian Baca will oversee the investment division in the interim, Mr. Propst said in an e-mail. It could not be learned by press time when and why Ms. Mevi is leaving the plan.
