Avon, Colo., is searching for an investment consultant for its two 401(a) money purchase plans, according to an RFP posted on the town's website.
The public employees' money purchase plan has $10.7 million in assets, and the police plan, $2.7 million. Wells Fargo is the current provider.
The selected firm will create an investment policy statement and assist in a comprehensive review of the plans.
The RFP is available on the town's website. Proposals are due at 4:30 p.m. MDT Aug. 30. A hiring date was not specified.
The current consultant and whether it can rebid could not be learned by press time.
