Crawford County Employees’ Retirement Fund, Meadville, Pa., is searching for an investment consultant, confirmed Jack Lynch, county commissioner and vice chairman of the retirement board.
The $52 million pension fund issued an RFP as part of standard practice to put the services out to bid “to see what’s out there,” said Mr. Lynch in a telephone interview. CAPTRUST Financial Advisors, the current consultant, is invited to rebid.
The RFP is available on the county’s website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 3 p.m. EDT on Sept. 17. Mr. Lynch said the board hopes to make a decision in November.
