Phillip Leonardi was named senior managing director and head of the consultant relations team at INTECH Investment Management, confirmed spokeswoman Kate McGann.
Mr. Leonardi replaces Jim Haymes, who took over as director of consultant relations at Polen Capital Management.
Mr. Leonardi works with the consultant relations team to establish and retain relationships with investment consultants. He reports to John Brown, senior vice president, head of global client development.
Mr. Leonardi was most recently executive vice president and head of institutional sales, consultant relations and client service at Hartford Investment Management Co. Erica Evans was named head of institutional sales and marketing, and Chris Miller was hired as senior vice president and head of consultant relations at HIMCO, said spokeswoman Julia Zweig.
