University of Victoria (British Columbia) Foundation is seeking an investment consultant, according to a posting on BC Bid, British Columbia's provincial procurement website.
The selected firm will conduct quarterly investment performance measurement, investment strategy and asset allocation services for the C$300 million (US$289 million) foundation, according to the RFP.
Towers Watson, the foundation's current consultant, can rebid, said Andrew Coward, the university's assistant treasurer.
The RFP is available on BC Bid's website.
Questions on the RFP will be accepted until noon PDT July 24.
Proposals must be sent to Information Desk-Purchasing Services, 3800 Finnerty Road (Courier), Room 110, Saunders Annex, University of Victoria, Victoria, BC V8P 5C2, Attention: John Braybrook, CPPB.
Proposals are due at 2 p.m. PDT Aug. 7. Selected candidates will be interviewed in September, but a date for selection has not been set.
