Chicago Metropolitan Water Reclamation District is searching for an investment consultant for its 457 deferred compensation plan, according to an RFP posted on its website.
Segal Rogerscasey is the current consultant. It could not be learned by press time whether the firm is invited to rebid.
In addition to evaluating and making recommendations for the $191 million plan, the selected firm will also help develop an RFP for a record keeper and administrative service provider next year. ICMA-RC's contract expires June 30, 2014, and a hiring decision is expected by May 1.
The 457 plan has 13 investment options in addition to a series of target-date funds.
The consultant RFP is available on the MWRD's website. Proposals are due at 11 a.m. CDT Aug. 16. Finalist interviews will take place Sept. 23-25, with a hiring decision expected by Nov. 21.
Darlene LoCascio, director of procurement and materials management, could not be reached by press time.
