ADP TotalSource Group Inc., Roseland, N.J., hired ING U.S. Retirement Services as record keeper for the ADP TotalSource Retirement Savings Plan, confirmed Jim Duffy, senior director, corporate communications.
ING replaces MassMutual Financial. Mr. Duffy did not provide information on the reason for the change.
ADP TotalSource, a subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing Inc., is a professional employer organization in which small and midsize businesses outsource their entire benefits administration and human resources functions.
The plan had $1.5 billion in assets as of Dec. 31, 2011, according to its most recent Form 5500 filing.
