2013 is a landmark year for Pensions & Investments. In October, we will celebrate our 40th anniversary covering the world of professionally managed money and retirement savings. Through the years, it has been our mission to keep you informed of the latest news, data and analysis impacting the institutional investment industry.
As your reading preferences have evolved, we have adapted as well. You can find P&I content in various formats, from P&I Daily and other e-mailed newsletters to webinars, interactive databases and social media platforms, in addition to the biweekly print newspaper we have published for the past 40 years.
Just as data drive your investment decisions, we use analytic data to help prioritize our new product road map. Mobile visits to PIonline.com have skyrocketed over the past 12 months. In order to meet this demand, I am pleased to announce the launch of the Pensions & Investments News App, our second mobile app launched in 2013.
The P&I News App delivers news and analysis of the events affecting the money management business, customized for your iPhone. (An Android version will be available later this year.) With the P&I News App, P&I Daily subscribers and qualified asset owners will have real-time access to the latest news, executive changes and asset owner search and hire activity.
You will have the ability to read articles offline, save articles for future reference and search P&I's article archives easily from your mobile device. Download the P&I News App at www.pionline.com/getpinewsapp.
Earlier this year, we launched the P&IQ Searches and Hires iPad App, which provides fast, easy access to the industry's search and hire activity. The P&IQ App allows P&I Daily subscribers to track activity by asset class, region and mandate size, and to build custom summary charts and rankings.

Over the next few months, we plan to roll out additional mobile enhancements, including updating our mobile website (m.pionline.com) and optimizing our e-mail newsletters for mobile viewing.
Technology and readership habits change, and we at P&I strive to ensure our content is delivered to you in your preferred format. Please let me know what you think of our apps by e-mailing me at [email protected] n
