Marie Teo has joined Natixis Global Asset Management in Singapore as director of institutional sales, Southeast Asia.
The position is new, confirmed Wesley Eberle, a Boston-based Natixis spokesman, in an e-mail.
Ms. Teo will report to Madeline Ho, head of wholesale distribution for Asia Pacific and managing director of NGAM Singapore.
Ms. Teo was a director and head of institutions (Southeast Asia) at Amundi Asset Management in Singapore.
Jenny Sofian, CEO of Amundi Singapore and the firm's head of Southeast Asia, has assumed Ms. Teo's responsibilities temporarily during a search to fill the role permanently, an Amundi spokesman said in an e-mail.
