Collingdale Police collar new investment consultant

Collingdale (Pa.) Borough Police Pension Plan hired InR as investment consultant, confirmed John A. Hewlings, borough manager.

The $3 million pension fund issued an RFP in April because of personnel changes at incumbent firm Legg Mason.
