Eryck Su has joined Pramerica Real Estate Investors (Asia), the Asia-Pacific arm of Prudential Real Estate Investors, as a managing director and chief investment officer.
The regional CIO role is new, according to Morgan A. Laughlin, Tokyo-based senior managing director of Prudential Real Estate Investors, in an e-mail.
In addition, Mr. Su will oversee the firm's China business.
Mr. Su was a managing director and head of Greater China at Grosvenor Fund Management, according to a Prudential news release,
Yan Adams, a Hong Kong-based spokesman for Grosvenor, couldn't immediately be reached for comment.
