Kevin M. Chin was named co-portfolio manager of the midcap value equity strategy of Keeley Asset Management, according to a news release.
He will join John L. Keeley Jr., founder and chief investment officer, and Brian R. Keeley, senior vice president and co-portfolio manager, in managing the strategy. He will also “perform investment research across our universe of small- and midcapitalization stocks,” according to the news release.
Mr. Chin previously was a co-portfolio manager of small-cap value and all-cap value equity strategies at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn. A phone call to Steven A. Yadegari, Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn executive vice president, was not returned by press time.
