Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District, San Francisco, is searching for an investment consultant for its 457 and 401(a) plans, confirmed spokeswoman Mary Currie.
Incumbent SST Benefits Consulting is invited to rebid. Its contract expires Nov. 30. The new contract will be for five years.
The selected consultant is expected to evaluate the plans’ structure, including record keeping, investments and administration, according to the RFP. The plans have about $52 million in assets. The 401(a) plan was recently started and has only three participants.
ICMA-RC is the provider for both plans, which have the same 25 investment options.
The RFP is available on the district’s website. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. PDT June 25. Finalist interviews are slated for the week of July 15. A hiring decision is expected in August.
