O'Fallon (Mo.) Fire Protection District is searching for an investment consultant and bundled provider for its 401(a) and 457(b) retirement plans, according to RFPs posted on its website.
The two plans have a combined $11 million in assets. American United Life Insurance is the current service provider. It could not be learned whether it can rebid. There was no information provided on a current consultant.
The selected provider will offer record-keeping, administrative and investment services. The consultant will provide investment platform monitoring and recommendations, according to the RFP.
The RFPs are available on the fire district's website. Proposals for both searches are due at 2 p.m. CDT July 11. Hiring dates have not been determined, but both contracts begin Jan. 1.
