New Hampshire Retirement System, Concord, hired Bank of New York Mellon as global custodian, effective July 1, confirmed spokesman Marty Karlon.
The $6 billion pension fund issued an RFP in January as a due diligence measure. Incumbent global custodian Northern Trust was invited to rebid and was a finalist along with State Street Corp.
