MFS Investment Management was also a finalist. Funding comes from a $500 million ACWI ex-U.S. growth index fund managed by BlackRock.
The $7.6 billion pension fund has a 24% target allocation to international equity.
An RFP was issued in January. Investment consultant Strategic Investment Solutions assisted.
