Lower Salford Township, Harleysville, Pa., is searching for an investment consultant for its Police and Non-Uniformed pension plans, confirmed Joseph Czajkowski, township manager.
The current consultant of the plans, which have combined assets of $9 million, is First Niagara. The firm is invited to rebid.
Mr. Czajkowski wrote in an e-mail that it has been many years since the services have been put out to bid, and the pension committee wants to ensure the best rates and service.
Proposals are due at noon EDT on June 1. A timetable for a decision has yet to be determined.
The RFP can be obtained by e-mailing Mr. Czajkowski at [email protected].
