State of Wisconsin Investment Board, Madison, hired Orion Development Group as consultant for investment process management services, according to Vicki Hearing, SWIB public information officer.
SWIB, which oversees $90 billion, issued an RFP in February for a consultant to enhance its internal investment management.
SWIB manages internally about 55% of its assets.
