Heifer International Foundation, Little Rock, Ark., is searching for a consultant to provide guidance on applications of socially responsible investing to its $80 million investment portfolio, according to an RFP posted on the website of Dahab Associates, the foundation's investment consultant.
The consultant will assist the board in determining whether an SRI policy is in the best interests of the foundation and, if so, how to craft and implement a policy. Heifer International's mission is to work with communities to end hunger and poverty.
The RFP is available on Dahab's website. Proposals are due at 5 p.m. EDT May 21. A hiring date was not specified.
