Fonds de Reserve pour les Retraites, Paris, issued RFPs for managers to run a €500 million ($655 million) active European small-cap equities portfolio and a €300 million active French smidcap equities strategy, according to a news release on the fund's website.
Proposals are due May 17. Attempts to reach FRR for further information were unsuccessful by press time.
The €36.6 billion fund has a 15% allocation to European equities, including exposure to French stocks. Overall, growth assets account for 41% of the total fund and the remainder is invested in a liability-matching portfolio of mainly developed-market government bonds and investment-grade corporate bonds.
