Center for Health Care Services, San Antonio, hired Morgan Stanley Smith Barney to provide retirement plan design, administration, investment advice and record-keeping services for its 401(a) and 457(b) plans, said Betty Landrum, procurement specialist, in an e-mail.
Frost Bank was the investment adviser for both plans, which have a combined $16.4 million in assets; Retirement Horizons was administrator and record keeper.
An RFP was issued in October.
